I've just been through the Universal Studio experience.
Not the real one - the last time I visited there was 10 or 15 years ago.
But the website, and the VIP service that some people are complaining about.
Probably the same folk who are complaining about Disneyland tour guides charging people extra to get to the front of the line.
They're moaning that some privileged folk are getting better deals because they paid more.
I don't understand it.

The chirpy gas heating guy took me aside in our lounge.
"Notice any difference?" he asked.
He had been doing an annual check on our big central heating unit which sits in the basement.
