As a Social Scientist, I research birth control via a dowsing pendulum, which revealed that people worldwide should be restricted to producing only 3 children per family unit.

The problem with third world countries they believe it is their right to produce as many children as they like with the thought of rearing a few children only; based on their principle.

Women worldwide should be protected from conceiving a child until they decide they want to conceive a baby. This means, a birth control ring that fit over the neck of the womb should be put in place and checked at least once each month.
Men who consider it is their right to have sex with their partner whenever they feel like sex; is a problem worldwide. Most men have a sexual appetite that is to require sex sometimes daily. This causes friction between partners and makes the sex act for some partners; unacceptable.

Men should show concern for their partner and identify how many times each month she is receptive to sex and then her partner must masturbate at times when his partner is not sexually active.

For a man to insist on having sex with his partner when she says no should be considered rape and carry a penalty of a court appearance to justify his insistence for sex. This would mean, after a court appearance for a rape charge for insisting on having sex with his partner, against her will. He should receive a custodial sentence for rape.

A rape charge reported by the partner should only be canaled by the police. The same principle should be adopted for all domestic situations pending court cases because the police often spend a great deal of time and effort with family disputes and the partner cancel the court case after a few days..

Birth control worldwide is vital for the survival of society. Three children should be the maximum per family unit with the exception of China. At present only one child is allowed per family unit but should increase to a maximum of two children per family unit. This would mean, surplus population should be considered for new emigrants for Australia, based on the principle that Australia would allow three children per family. However, it is most important that when taking up residence in a English speaking country they should be part of a migrants contract to speak only English in public place and speak their own native language in their family unit.

Birth control with a ring fitted over the neck of the womb is the simplest form for protected women for unwanted pregnancies. However, the night after sex pill should be encouraged but only two pills per month should be permitted. If a unwanted pregnancy accurse, it is a women’s prerogative; whether or not she aborts a child.

Eventfully although a three maximum child limit will be encouraged, it is a women’s prerogative how many children she conceives and rears. However, all children produced in access of the maximum of three; child allowance should be disallowed.

Abortion should be encouraged. Providing the pregnancy does not exceed 18 weeks because by then a baby as received his/her conscious Awareness and is considered a member of society.

Refusing to acknowledge my words will result in a population increase, which will make it impossible for charities to provide for the growing number of people. We all know there are problems within society that need to be addressed.

However, providing we consider the ‘Family Unit’ is our prime concern; we will take care of our needy and show an example for other countries to follow.

Birth control is part of on-going social develop and as families adhere to the limit of three children; poverty will become a memory of the past.

Although this article may offend some men because of its content, as a family man with 4 adult children, 7 grand and 3 great grandchildren, I am aware of problems that can develop within a relationship because of lack of understanding of a partner’s sexual appetite.
